Accountable, passionate & engaging...
are just a few words that many others have used to describe me. I am somebody whose curiosity is always piqued & looking for the next best thing. I like to try my hand at whatever I feasibly can do because I highly value experience & have the desire to share it with the world.
I believe in a multi-channel exchange of information, so I revel in sharing stories hoping for it to be reciprocated with the intention of growth & understanding.

I have a strong background working in diverse teams. Having worn many hats, anywhere from support to leadership roles, I understand what it takes to achieve "lightning in a bottle". I pride myself in my accountability because I have a genuine investment in people.
PASSIONATE
I am charged with an innate and fervent passion about everything I do. Above all, I care most about continued learning. I also love sharing what I've learned with others.
ENGAGING
My background in communication studies and retail has left me with a deep understanding of what it takes to meaningfully engage an audience. Often we are so distracted by what we are saying that we tend to forget about what people are hearing.
FUN FACT: I was a contestant on Bravo TV’s, Top Chef Amateurs!
Cooking is another creative medium that I have found joy in practicing. I am passionate about teaching people about Lao cuisine as well as participating in culinary tourism via experimenting with recipes from various cultures.
My Instagram is a collection of images of food I've made or admired from other renowned chefs. I feel like cooking has been the most organic medium in which I can express my visual creativity. It takes a level of thought to process and conceptualize a fully composed dish because you're taking so many elements: appearance, smell, taste, and texture into consideration and working to make them harmonious.
